The Physical Education teacher conducts lessons with students from Pre-Primary to Year Six as well as coordinating the school fitness program and Interschool sports.

All Pre-Primary to Year Six students have an opportunity to participate in 2 weeks of swimming lessons a year at Bayswater Waves.

Athletics carnivals are held in Term Three and Embleton competes at Interschool against local schools.
